More A320 Family & Embraers for Additional Routes

In the coming weeks, in addition to the widebody announcement, our mainline and EuroLink networks will be receiving new aircraft and a new set of routes. These new routes will give pilots not yet qualified for the bigger birds more variety and ample opportunity to build up their hours to earn the heavy jet credentials.

The Embraers will continue to build our high frequency, point to point network within Europe, and will add frequencies from two focus cities. The mainline Airbus aircraft will add some more destinations from our Dublin hub, as well as compliment the new widebodies at an all new hub on the European continent.

A330-200/B777-300ER to Join Widebody Fleet

The newest addition to our fleet, the A330-200, is currently being prepared in the paint shop, with the newly ordered B777-300ER not far behind. The A330 is slated to become the flagship of our Transatlantic service, with the 767 taking on a secondary role. The 767 fleet will continue to grow in numbers, with the addition of a new transit hub yet to be announced. The A330 will be sent to many current USA destinations, as well as open some new routes from our Dublin hub. Initial models will be the A330-200, and may include the –300 at a later time.

The 777, which will become the largest aircraft in our fleet, will be arriving late fall to early winter. Its arrival will accompany a major expansion of our network, details of which will be announced at a later date. For now, we will only say that it will carry us east, with one or two new hub cities along the way!
